Preamble.

Here is an attempt to present another/new relativistic view of the Universe and our conceiving world or explored reality. In some way it goes on deeper in altering relativistic presentation/transformation of observed/conceived/explored material/physical world/reality. The main background/reason of one more attempt in exploring/tackling traditional philosophical problems is development of Information Society based on Global Networked Information Infrastructure which creation author is active participant.

This James Rose's work is dated by 1973, some revisions but rather insufficient, was done in 1992.
Given making detailed analysis of the theory it becomes obviously that it contains some typical features of theory of that time when Physics was the leading front of the nature exploration and technology development. That time is often referred as Technological society or formation.

Development of Information Technologies (IT) and Computer Networks and Communications (hereafter Internet) leaded humankind into Information Age or Information Society which is characterised by Information as a main value of the New/Information Society and  Knowledge as a main component of the production/reproduction system of Information/Knowledge based Economy.

Since leading industrial countries moved to the new economy based on IT and Computer Networks (Internet) development, the main values of the new emerging Information Society sufficiently changed.  Years 1997-1998 were defined as years when humankind entered new Information Society based on world wide spread and availability of the Internet. Together with changing structure and components of the production systems the main paradigm(s) of our life has changed.

Information Society distinguishes in many features from previous formations such as Industrial and Technological Societies both of which has changed during the life of middle age people:

• Knowledge based economy driven by knowledge based companies
• Value of knowledge and global knowledge dissemination
• Global communication
• Increasing role of social activity and social life beside production activity
• Increasing role of moral codes
• Philosophy Integration and fusion of the main philosophical and esoteric teachings
• Forming new Reality that is already (can be) given in out perception and still is very limited in exploration possibility

Another important  issue/fact/reality lays/correspond to/related to explosive increase on communications network speed and capacity. It allows (change) uniformity of all technologies aimed on/used information exchange, interaction mediation and Society development.

Humanity (industrialised nations) empowered by IT and communications began to perceive new reality and explore integration of all conscious(ness) activities.
Information and Knowledge dissemination,  access and exchange almost instantly is changing the way people interact, product, consume and develop forming new emerging reality/environment Global Consciousness.

The main foundations of forming/developing Global Consciousness are the following:

• Global and instant access to all Information and Knowledge available in the Net
• Development of assistant tool for Information search and process, including summarising tools and expert systems
• Forming Global awareness system enabled by feedback channels/ability what can be treated as the predecessor of forming Global Consciousness of the networked humankind
• In these conditions humankind once more again faced the main/global philosophical/gnoseological problems
• What are the extents of the new emerging reality?
• What are and how deep the consciousness changes with emerging Information Society?
• How objective and to what extent subjective the observed/perceived external world?
• Where is the next/further development of technology and humanity? Where does humanity go?
• What are the next/further changes in production system and business/commerce development?
• How is personal development (freedom, dependence and influence) and personality conscious activity depends on and able to influence on Global activity/processes?
• Crisis of modern psychology and all other human sciences based on materialistic and physical/mechanical approaches/methodology.
• Forming new Reality that is already (can be) given in out perception and still is very limited in exploration possibility can not be explained in frame and by means of existing theories as well as refuted/denied.

• Foundation of the Philosophy of new Reality, Information Society
• Integration of Philosophy that should follow technological development and integration of Humankind

Notes on the fields:

• Do we have any reality/extant/idos that doesn't depend on time though can be involved into time durable/flow/span processes?

It is information.
• It's consistent from Rose that model of our reality/world should include mass-energy in addition to four dimensional spacetime (3D+T).

Combined with Shennon's Information theory and Entropy mass-energy can link together/bind spacetime with time independence category information through Information capacity and information activity/exchange of our explored material world.
• Another consistent idea of the Integrity Concept is possibility/? of local entropies and exchange between local entropies.
• Information acquisition and digitalisation of all man's activity leads to creation time-snap infrastructure that will keep complete snap-shoot of the whole human activity
• We can state/suppose that local/localised entropy anomaly/singularity may exist around time independent extant/entity/idos, like information, stored or programmed information. Examples for living nature are DNA, etc.
• THEOREME 1.

Time independent extant/entity/idos, like information, stored or programmed information can form/create entropy singularity.
• Coming from Humankind development as Global Knowledge acquisition/processing final stage for now is creation of Networked Society, we can extend our view over/to seeing  nature/noosphere development as time-mastering development in the process of which entity/extant reach better/deeper independence on time as one-way flow of development/metabolism.

Given appearance of DNA, time stable biosystems came to existence. Their role in biosphere sufficiently increased and extended and leaded to formation of noosphere distinguished by man existence.
The very development of humankind can effectively be presented as time-mastering development, i.e. language, literacy, printing/publishing, IT and communications accomplished by WWW information infrastructure all this leaded to better mastering timeflow problem, all this developed less time depended system for knowledge acquisition and wider, in more global way,  exploring of our reality.

• THEOREME 2.

Development of our world/reality of the Universe goes on in direction of reaching more global and more stable independence of timeflow which have been postulated as absolute undoubtedly true of our world/reality.
Exploring further Integrity Paradigm we can suggest relativity of unidirectional timeflow paradigm which is least unrefuted postulate of our conceiving/explored/observed world/reality. Creating wide information snapshot of our real world, which may be based  on not only stored information but also on algorithms of information hashing and retrieving from storage. This last paradigm puts in proper places role of IT, networking infrastructure, exploring and formalising nature/reality in accomplishing global noosphere development.
Information capacity of physical system limitation by Entropy, residual noise and energetic limitation on information speed transformation. All this can be overridden by explored/known laws, dependencies, etc.
• THEOREME 3.

Universe which we are part and conceivers of in some universal way find/direct way of human development to match/fulfil its global development which we are only one of many components to accomplish global Universe (or our world) development. We can only guess and retrospectively foresee these processes.
• PRINCIPLE 4.

DNA activity/function, or DNA enabled living species create/alien/link/bound to singularity of our world (material) around DNA as time-stop/time-keeping extant. This is the explanation of the miracle of life appearance on the Earth. But it also can suppose/consider existence/linkage to another world where our instability, i.e. in/of time, reduced to stability or bi-directional freedom.
This hypothetical world can be named INKARM originating from two entities independent on time Information and Karma. INKARM - world where past, present and future are spannable in the same way as we can span 3 geometrical dimensions.
• Observation 6.

Each specie/extant of our world form singularity in our spacetime-mass-energy linked to alien entity in INKARM or it is formed around such singularity created/exposed in our world by initial entity/extant in INKARM.
• To keep/sustain such singularity in our world special time-independent entity like DNA or stored information bounded to information retrieval system is needed.
• Observation 7. Undoubted future time travel will deal with mental rather than physical travel.

Although it's possible to suggest that real development of IT and network infrastructure obviously leads to the extension of the "time-stop" or "time-snap" in information picture.
• If we need not only mind time travel, we should find method of matter transfomation into information, and backward, it's obviously.
• Time travel will be possible with enough power of replication system that should normally replicate the whole mini-universe of target travelling.
• Example of physical body replication in time is biological systems breeding. Because of importance of breaking through this barrier in exploring the essence and role of man, replication of human being will be done as soon as possible.
• This fact of replication of human as bearer of advanced exploring consciousness should answer the questions/phenomena of existing Extegrity world or INKARM. Also possibility to know more about nature and role of DNA as information holder as well as to know more about information itself contained by DNA.
• Observation 8. Master time.
• If we master/explorer past-time, it's expected we could master fore-time (future time).
• Time travel is understood as human/mind enabled. So do we need to replace body?
• Current technology already provide facility for virtual presence and presence sensors.
• Conceptually we should find new model of emerging new reality
• Role of sensations in our reality model
• Foresee probable/obvoius forming/appearance of new sensation that can be defined/expected as integral to our current sensations and be bound by our consciousness/thoughts
• Proclaimer of such new sensations can be apparently named Valery Kourinsky who introduced concept of thought-sensation which is by definition is integral state of human being feedbacked by feeling of pleasure.
• We can suggest/suppose that development of prototypes of our current sensations was preceeded by pleasure to conscieve the world given us by light (for sight), by sound (for hearing), etc. Rudiments of this ancient processes are our channels of pleasure by all sensations.
• Now we are experiencing virtual channels of sensational pleasure, also creativity, f.e., gives us undoubted channel of pleasure though creative perceiving of our cnsciousness world/reality. New sensation and (by means of) pleasure will provide us necessary or least navigation in the new reality what apparently will lead to the origin/conception of the new sensation what in its next turn/step provide tool for exploring this new reality that is deeply ideal/conscious as opposed to material.
• Examples of Maugli demonstrate that our potentially human feelings and pleasures may not be developed into real human sensations, not all high mental pleasures may be available to underdeveloped individuals.
• It's possible to state that nature as developing and evolving part of Universe always finds in different ways its own way of development bounding/combining sometimes unexpected items and unlinked events.

What does it happened with Physics development that left it's priority in exploring Universe to IT.
