All Russian Letters in KOI8-U coincide with KOI8-R.
All Russian and Ukrainian Letters coincide with ISO-IR-111 except new Ukrainian Letter KGE (with upturn) at positions #173 and #189.

Notes: According to ISO-IR-111 positions #174 and #190 could be reserved for BELORUSSIAN SHORT U (smal and capital respectively)
