ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic is coincide with widely used on the Internet Russian Net Character Set KOI8-r. ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic is registered with ISO on August 1, 1985, Registration No. 111. It contains all Ukrainian (and Belorussian) letters except Ukrainian Letter KGE (with upturn).
