Coincide with Soviet GOST Standard 19768-74, ST SEV 358-88 for placement of the Russian alphabet.
It doesn't contain and hasen't place for UKRAINIAN KGE (WITH UPTURN)


Notes: 1) Positions 128-159 are unused; 2) #160 is a non-breaking space, #173 is a soft hyphen.
