ISO-IR-111 ECMA Cyrillic Code Page
ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic is coincide with widely used on the Internet Russian Net Character Set KOI8-r. ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic is registered with ISO on August 1, 1985, Registration No. 111. It contains all Ukrainian (and Belorussian) letters except Ukrainian Letter KGE (with upturn).
Notes: 1) Positions #128-159 are unused; 2) #160 is a non-breaking space, #173 is a soft hyphen.
