Windows Cyrillic Code Page 1251
Windows Cyrillic Code Page 1251 is used in MS Windows and currently is only official standard for Ukrainian Code Page that support all Ukrainian (and Belorussian) letters.
Notes: 1) Positions 136 and 152 are unused; 2) #160 is a non-breaking space, #173 is a soft hyphen.
